How can you not love Green Bay and Kansas City

I’ve had the opportunity to work near Kansas City a few times during recent years and you have to acknowledge that you haven’t really experienced barbecue till you’ve been to Kansas City.  They take it seriously.  Furthermore, at the best barbecue joints, the lines stretch out the doors for lunch.  The same must be said about football, Green Bay, and Lambeau Field.  The experience of attending a football game at Titletown is second-to-none.

It is interesting to note that the amount of time folks spend talking about the Packers is inversely proportional to their distance from Lambeau Field.  So, if you are working at an office located a mile from the stadium, you will find yourself discussing the team every day, year round.  By comparison, the amount of time folks spend talking about barbecue is inversely proportional to their distance from Kansas City.  So, if you are working at an office just outside of Kansas City, you will often overhear questions like, “Did you smoke this weekend?” or “How do you usually smoke?”

Many consider Joe's Kansas City to be the best BBQ.
