We did some Memorial Day camping over the weekend. We all relaxed, got some sleep and recovered from our colds. And G caught 2 bluegill. Now back to the old grind :).

BTW, B is fine. Of course. Just a cold, which is admittedly disturbing when he gets stuffed up and doesn’t like it.

B is going to the doctor today. He has a cold and the doctor wants to see him just because he’s so young. I hope he’s not going unnecessarily. It seems a bit overdone but we’ll see what the results are.

Short weekend. Even though it was 4 days. We went to the children’s museum with my sister and the boys on Thursday. Bachelor and bachelorette parties on Friday evening. Dinner with some folks from Oracular on Saturday. And a busy Mother’s Day yesterday.

We lost our 2nd softball game last night (5-6). I pitched (for the first time). Not too bad for my first outing. Only one walk and out of the 6 runs probably 3 or 4 were earned. Hopefully to do better next time though.

G’s first fish!

For the second time yesterday, I took apart a piece of electronic equipment because G got something stuck in it. The first time it was a disc in the DVD player. This time, a nickel in my vehicle’s CD player. So I got a good look at the inside of the dash on my Blazer 🙂

G is doing much better with B. He is being gentle and not aggressive at all 🙂

Tonight is our first softball game. Our goals are to have all to be able to play as much as they want to and to win the game.

Everyone probably sees the resemblance of G to me. I want you to notice the similarity between B and my brother L. These two pictures are (1) of L and me, then (2) of just L. Pretty freaky huh? 🙂

My sister came home from China for a little while. 🙂

We had a cookout at our house last night with a bunch of friends, with a fire outside to take away the chill.
