What do you do when it’s outside but there’s no snow? You play golf of course!

The boys are just great. B fell into the tub yesterday morning. I just chuckled and said maybe you won’t lean so far next time. He didn’t 🙂 I think G has been behaving better lately. He is obeying better, playing so well with B and is so much fun to be with. He hides every day when I get home and waits for me to find him :). Twice this week, he hid in his closet for at least 30 min. before I got home!

This morning B sat up by himself in his crib and was crawling in place on the kitchen floor. He wants to get around so bad lately that he slides on his belly but he’ll be crawling soon. He’s also started to immitate us when we make a growling ‘ahhh!’ sound. What fun!

Yesterday I went to lunch with my family. G had to go to the bathroom. I explained to him that we were going to use the Men’s room. He pointed at the other bathroom and said:

“Is that the grills?”

“Yes it is. The girls”

“And this is the guys?”

“Yes”

After we got back to the table he said:

“Are mommies mens?”

“No”

“Are mommies womens?”

“Yes they are. They’re women. And what are daddies?”

“Daddies are men!”

Good weekend. Got the Christmas tree up and decorated. Got the lights on the house but there’s a small section out so I’ll have to check that. We had a party for G with some of his friends on Saturday.

Well here they are. The halloween costumes. If you can’t quite see C’s nose, she was Pinocchio.

By the way, I’ve noticed quite a few votes coming on on the quotations of the day. I’d be interested to know who’s voting.

Wow, I haven’t posted very frequently lately. I really have no excuse, just haven’t thought much about it. In case you were wondering, the boys are doing great. G is so smart and really B is too (I can tell already :). G is beginning to learn his letters and numbers already!

Of course we went duck hunting a few weeks ago (one day only) but didn’t see much. But it was a beautiful day and fun to get outside for a few hours.

I have successfully removed the batteries from most of the boys toys (Read my rant from 9/8 to find out why) and I think it’s a success. G is being more creative at play time and B is no less interested in his toys. Yeah!
